Corrections

We aim to be accurate, and when we fall short we correct the record openly.

Our policy

If an article contains a factual error, we correct it promptly and note what changed. Minor fixes (typos, formatting) are made silently. Substantive corrections - anything that changes the meaning of a claim - are marked on the article and logged below. Where a correction is significant, we also update the article's "last reviewed" date.
