The right side of the colon is where colonoscopy misses the most, and where cancers are hardest to catch. A randomized trial of 606 patients added one AI-assisted second pass and lifted the detection rate from 27.9% to 36.4%.

Health systems send reminders constantly and rarely test them. A JAMA trial randomized 20,604 patients who had stopped refilling statins, then re-randomized everyone who ignored the first message, and found repeating beat switching channel.

Tuberculosis treatment runs for months and people stop taking it. A BMJ trial of 525 patients in a low-resource setting found an interactive digital adherence tool raised treatment success by 7 percentage points and cut dropout by a third.

A PLoS Medicine trial randomized 825 adults with chronic conditions across 13 countries to a digital program with human support, the same program self-directed, or a waitlist. Both versions beat usual care, and they matched each other.
