A modeling study in npj Aging asked what human lifespan would be if every driver of aging were solved except mutations building up inside cells. The answer was around 156 years, and the bottleneck was the cells the body cannot replace.

A Nature Communications study of 64,809 UK Biobank participants found those whose first 1,000 days fell under postwar sugar rationing had less age-related disease decades on, and organ clocks reading about a year younger.
