Among 45,864 employed adults in the REACT study, the 4% with long COVID that had not resolved had 38% lower odds of still being in paid work two years later, and four times the odds of changing their hours.

Adding family coaching to GP care worked for child obesity
A randomized trial across 41 US primary care practices gave 730 children either enhanced usual care or that plus family behavioral treatment. The families who got the coaching saw more than double the reduction in relative weight.

Spouses of people with dementia had 1.7 times the risk
A JAMA Network Open study of 955,105 married adults in Taiwan found that people whose partner developed dementia went on to develop it more often themselves, though the extra risk over five years was about three percentage points.
